What we collect
The name you give us, and whichever contact details you choose to provide — an email address, a phone number, or both. Where you submitted the enquiry from is recorded so we can reply in context.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to represent you if you ask us to. Enquiries are passed to the client relationship system used to manage follow-up.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are working together, and afterwards only as long as required for records and regulatory obligations.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside this practice and the systems it uses to operate. Your details are never sold or shared for marketing.
Access, correction and removal
Write to garygraham@royallepage.ca and we will confirm what we hold, correct it, or remove it where we are able to.
All correspondence is sent from garygraham@royallepage.ca. Treat any other sending address claiming to represent this practice as suspect.
